The truth as I see it now is that life is about creation. Period. We are born to create. Everything else is simply a bi-product of that.

Educated does not mean wise; it most often means the opposite actually. I've met exponentially more wise people on the streets, than I've seen in boardrooms.

Reminding yourself every day how little you actually know opens you up to new and profound understandings. I travel often, and think of travel as a temporary cure of my perpetual ignorance. And I've learned that knowledge is not power… power is applied knowledge in a meaningful and compelling way.

This life is a 3 dimensional holographic illusion, as indicated by quantum studies. It seems real only because everyone is taking it very, very seriously. I've come to accept that you have to “be where you are, to get to where you’re going”. So, I'm ok with where I am, then clearly identify where I want to be and build bridges.

Humility is central to my way of life, along with displaying compassion in every encounter and acting with integrity in every detail. My daily mandate is to require each quality be always present in our companies and ventures. I believe (yes, a rare belief), that these qualities are in fact compatible with a profitable enterprise.
